Date night last weekend was to visit Liberty Jail in Missouri - then to see the new Kansas City Temple! We can't wait for it to open this summer.

As mentioned in a previous blog post (or three), Ellie absolutely adores playing with her reflection in the mirror. Now that she sits up well on her own, one of her favorite things to do is to sit in front of the mirrored closet doors - sometimes she just giggles at her reflection; other times she leans forward and puts her mouth on the mirror; and her latest trick is slapping:my face, her high chair tray, the floor, and the mirror.
Our girl keeps us laughing every day!

Totally random question: where did you get your laundry basket that's in the background of the video? I love the kind you can carry around with one hand and it looks like one of those.
And of course, Ellie is an absolute doll!
