The carousel and train were definitely the highlights for the kids. And we practically had the whole zoo to ourselves, so the kids were able to run around and have a blast! We're already checking the weather for the next zoo day :)

At the Zoo
For Christmas, Nana and Papa gave our family a zoo pass! Not only that, but it includes rides: the tram, train, carousel, boat, and African Sky Safari. Each week in January, we checked the weather schedule to find a day to visit the zoo - finally, near the end of the month, there were a few 50+ degree days! So for preschool, we decided to go to the zoo for the morning.

Woohoo! You got a zoo pass! We didn't renew ours so it expires the end of March...but I've been totally hoping other friends have theirs for me to tag along with...hint, hint. ;)
